Easy to apply: (1) Slide hand into brace (2) Holes are for thumb only (3) Fasten both top closures (4) Wrap wrist strap. Product care: Remove both metal supports before washing. Handwash cold. Do not bleach. Line dry air dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Do not use fabric softener.
